1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and bookings made with The Little Brick House Café ("we", "us", "our"), located at 74 Queen Street, Ramsgate, CT12. By visiting the café or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made online via our booking page or in person at the café. Bookings are available in 1, 2 and 3 hour sessions. We allow a 10–15 minute buffer between bookings. We will hold your table for up to 10 minutes after your booked start time.

3. Use of Lego® sets

Customers may choose from the Lego® sets available in the café. One Lego® set is allowed per 2 people at a time. Please ask a member of staff before swapping or starting a new set so pieces do not get mixed up or lost. Customers are responsible for using sets, bricks and accessories responsibly.

4. Food and drink

We serve food and drinks on site. Customers may not bring their own food or drink, except where specified for adult only evenings (bring your own bottle). We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements — please let us know in advance.

5. Children and supervision

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times while in the café. Please supervise children and small pieces appropriately.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability we are not legally permitted to exclude. We are not liable for personal belongings left on the premises.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
