Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where possible. This helps us offer your slot to other customers.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund of any deposit or pre-paid amount.
Online booking fees
Where a third-party booking provider is used, any service or booking fees charged by that provider are non-refundable.
Exclusive hire & parties
Exclusive hire and party bookings may require a deposit. Deposit refund terms will be confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.
Food & drink
If there is a problem with any food or drink served, please let a member of staff know immediately so we can put it right.
